Similarities and Differences Between Marriage, Partnership and Love

Marriage is a matter between two people. So are partnership and love. But you can also love more than one person. A marriage or partnership, on the other hand, can only be entered into by two. Love that involves more than two people is often called polyamory and is an increasingly common way of living. Polyamory still has to work on finding and gaining the corresponding social recognition. That's clear. Love and the consequences that follow from it, such as marriage or partnership, can be defined quite clearly. Love, however, can't be seen so unambiguously. Or do you know exactly what love is? Marriage, partnership and love can't be viewed unambiguously because there are already so many different forms of them that you can no longer categorize them clearly. Love and partnership thrive on being accepted in any form, and not only by a couple's relatives. Friends and acquaintances should also be okay with marriage, partnership and love. If that's not always the case, you then have two options. Either part ways with them, or think about how you can get them to accept your partner. That can sometimes be painful and not that easy, but once you've dared to take that step, you'll already feel much better!
Marriage, Partnership and Love as a Social Experiment
Marriage, partnership and love can all exist, but if you ask yourself more deeply what the point actually is, you come to the thought that marriage, partnership and love are elements that give our lives meaning and connect us. You can also ask yourself, in the context of counseling, how things stand with these in your own life generally. Are you looking for stability, security, or rather adventure? What kind of person is it who looks for all of this? You can ask yourself these questions.
